How to use templates?
Create a plan from a template
To create a new treatment plan using an expert template:
Open the Expert Templates on your Welldium Dashboard
Select the template you’d like to start with, then click +Create Plan
Personalise the plan as needed by:
Updating supplement dosage instructions
Adding text for patient-specific guidance
Adding resources or notes
Share the completed plan with your client via email or by copying the link
💡 Note
When you create a plan from a template, only the product notes and instructions are transferred into the plan, as the rest of the template’s information is intended for educational purposes for the healthcare professionals.
Make your own templates
You can create a personal template in two ways:
Start from scratch: Build your template from the ground up.
Use an existing Expert template: Adjust a template from the Expert templates to fit your practice.
To create a personalised template from an existing Expert Templates:
Open the Expert Templates on your Welldium Dashboard
Select the template you’d like to start with, then click +Create Plan
Customise the content to reflect your practice preferences:
Add, remove, or modify products
Edit instructional notes
Insert preferred resources or FAQs
Save the customised template by clicking Create as template, on the more actions icon (
) on the top right part of the treatment plan
Reuse and adjust your template for similar cases, saving time on future plans.
