I'm a client. Do I need an account?
No. Clients do not need to create a Welldium account to place orders. Your healthcare practitioner must create an account and have their credentials approved by a team member before they are able to share recommendation lists with you. You, as the client, do not need to create a Welldium account.
How do I place an order?
Your practitioner will share a link to a recommendation list of products they have selected based on your needs. Click the link or paste it into your browser to view your recommendation.
You can see additional instructions provided by your practitioner.
Add all your products to your basket or manually edit the quantities and add them individually.
Click "Proceed to checkout" to complete your purchase - no account necessary!
