You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your product/s. Please notify us by email (info@welldium.com) or chat within the specified time frame to begin the return process.
Please keep in mind that products with broken seals or without the original packaging are ineligible for return.
All items must be sent back within 14 days after notification. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product was delivered in error, damaged, or defective.
All items should be returned undamaged. Any signs of damage or excessive use, may result in a reduction of their value.
Full refunds will be processed and issued to the original payment method after all products have been received, excluding any additional delivery expenses.
