New Recommendation Experience

Updated over a year ago

Do more with Welldium

Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive, flexible platform— as well as high quality supplement. Your feedback helps us make it possible for you.

We’re excited to bring you:

Recommendations are now treatment plans

Why the change? Because treatment includes so much more than supplements! You are now about to add detailed instructions— including lifestyle changes, diet, exercise, and more. This means you can give your clients a fully comprehensive overview that breaks down each step needed to achieve their health goals.

Detailed Instructions

With this update, you can now specify dosage instructions more precisely by selecting:

  • Amount (how much of the supplement)

  • Frequency (how often it should be taken)

  • Relation to food (e.g., with or without food)

  • Duration (how long the supplement should be taken)

And the best part— you can save these instructions for later. This means that the next time you recommend the same product (for the same or different client), the instructions will be pre-loaded. From your feedback, we’ve learned that most dosage instructions are consistent across clients, so this update will help you save valuable time in your practice.

You still have free space for text where you can include any additional details such as lifestyle changes, diet, exercise, etc.

Supplementation Calendar

Provide a visual representation of your clients’ supplement routine—something many of you already add to treatment plans. This calendar offers a clear daily overview of supplement intake that clients can easily refer to.

Now that dosage instructions can be added for each product, we automatically generate a printer-friendly calendar that clients can easily display on their fridge, mirror, or wherever is most convenient. Best of all, it requires no extra effort from you.

Resources & Attachments

We’ve learned that many practitioners share additional resources with their clients, such as flyers, infographics, and booklets— often in PDF format. With this update, you can now easily attach these resources directly to the treatment plan, so clients to access them anytime.

You can upload various file formats so provide your clients with a variety of valuable materials all in one place.

Rich Note Formats

Clients who are more inclined to adhere to treatment plans with detailed, well-structured notes. In order to help you encourage this adherence, we’ve upgraded our notes feature to a rich text editor that allows you to create more visually engaging and detailed plans. If you ever used user-friendly platforms such as Notion or Evernote, then you’ll get a similar experience with this update.

This flexibility helps you provide all the essential information in a clear, structured way—without the need for external tools like spreadsheets. Having all this information in one place makes it easier for clients to adhere to their plans.

Printable Handouts

We’ve made the entire health plan printer-friendly, which is by far our most requested feature. Now, both you and clients can easily print the plan. There’s even a QR code for quick digital access.

This helps improve overall client adherence by offering a physical reference they can use daily.

Templates are now available

We know how time-consuming it can be to create treatment plans from scratch, so we’re rolling out protocol templates! You can now easily save and copy treatment plans for different clients, conditions (such as SIBO), or general goals (such as gut health) to create a personalized library that’s always ready to go.

As an added bonus, you can attach important documents and resources to each plan, so your client has access to all the information they need in one place.
